To make life just a touch easier, here is a model of the neighbouring buildings. I have saved it in Revit (release 2014) format, DWG, and DAE (which can be used in Sketchup).
The DAE file for sketchup is failing to import because the file is missing the textures applied on the site. (Brick Non Uniform Running Brown, Masonry Stone Limestone, Simple Stone Mtl, Woods)
I have recreated the DAE file and the associated textures file folder, and replaced them in the Dropbox folder. If it still does not work then I would look at importing to SketchUp via the DWG file instead.
